Dog friendly game: Hide & Seek

Looking for a game to play with your buddy in your free time? sploot has your back!

Hide & Seek is a fun game that can help with dog training. This game works especially well with Labrador retrievers and hunting dogs, but any dog can play!

It’s important that your dog understands the commands “sit/stay,” “come,” and “find.” These are the main commands you will use in this game.

Here’s how you can play:

1. Have your dog sit in a stay position (ask for help if your dog keeps peeking)
2. Find a hiding spot. (start with easy ones)
3. Call your dog's name out loud - multiple times if required
4. Praise when they find you, maybe even give them a treat!
