Ingredients:
1) Cooked sweet potato
2) Unsweetened coconut milk
3) A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
1) Pure the cooked sweet potato with coconut milk and cinnamon
2) Freeze in an ice cream mold or shallow dish.
3) This can be served as a soft-serve if slightly thawed.
