I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this home grooming service—highly recommend it to all pet owners! The groomer arrived right on time at my house, was incredibly professional, patient, and skilled, and handled my energetic dog with such ease and care in the comfort of our own home. Good service for my 3 pets.. I had ordered bathing, teeth cleaning and nail clipping services. Think the app needs more better management in the back end because there was some confusion about the no of services ordered.. but I spoke to Rohit and he sorted things out although I think this caused little difficulties for the groomer who already had some appointments. When it came to the services itself Mr.Yuvaraj was absolutely professional and extremely knowledgeable about dogs. Took his time to get acquainted with them explained about the whole process and was very patient. The quality of his services and attention to details was what I loved.. all 3 of them cookie , plumpy and softy bonded well and it went smoothly in the end. Plumpy was in fact so sad to see him go.. Excellent services .. keep it up sploot.
