Yes. Every Sploot groomer arrives with a complete, hygienic grooming kit — towels, shampoo, clippers, and sanitised tools included.
Packages ranging from a basic maintenance bath to nail clipping, hair trimming, and ear and eye cleaning, plus fuller spa packages — pick what suits your dog's needs in the app.
Yes. Sploot groomers are trained to handle all breeds and coat types, from short-haired indies to long-coated breeds.
Typically 60–120 minutes, depending on the package you choose. A basic bath is quicker; a full spa package with trimming takes longer.
We replace your groomer with another verified professional, reschedule your session at no extra cost, or refund that session — whichever works best for you.
Yes. The Sploot app sends real-time updates and a photo summary after every grooming session.
Yes. One-time sessions get a full refund if cancelled before the groomer reaches your location; a cancellation fee applies after the groomer arrives. To cancel or change a subscription, reach out through in-app chat.
Yes. Pets must be vaccinated and at least 8 weeks old to be groomed. If your dog has a medical condition, check with your vet on the right grooming approach beforehand.
Not much. Groomers bring their own products and equipment, so just make sure your dog is home at the scheduled time and there's an area with water access. Want your own shampoo or products used instead? Have them ready to hand over.
Yes. Same-day grooming can be booked with at least 2 hours' notice, subject to groomer availability. Open the app to see the earliest slot near you.
Usually, yes, for subscriptions. Sploot's matching gives priority to the groomer who's already worked with your dog, when they're available. If they can't make it, another verified groomer is assigned to your session.
It depends on your dog's breed, coat type and lifestyle — most dogs do well with a session once or twice a month to start. Adjust the frequency in the app based on how your dog's coat holds up.
Yes. You're welcome to stay and supervise the session.

A full grooming session is recommended around 6 months of age. Shorter introductory sessions can start after 12 weeks, provided your puppy is up to date on vaccinations.
