Where we ship

We ship Sploot products to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹699 or more.
• A flat fee of ₹49 on orders below ₹699.

When your order ships

Orders are dispatched within the same or the next business day of being placed.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders arrive in 1–8 business days depending on your state: 1–2 days in Delhi NCR and Haryana, 3–5 days across most of India, and up to 8 days for the North-East and Ladakh. The expected date for your pincode is shown on the product page.

Express delivery: in Delhi NCR, orders above ₹1,500 are delivered in 2 hours.

Tracking

We send you tracking details once your order ships. You can also follow your order in the Sploot app.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and we will replace the item or refund it. See our Refund Policy.
