I am writing this review after carefully thinking because pet parents deserve all the information possible to make the best decision for their babies. I Bought in my cat after she was having some stomach issues. Dr. Bharat told me not to worry. I asked to run some basics tests if he feels are required (not once but thrice). He said not required. Afterwards, I kept updating him on her. I shared the drop in her appetite and energy levels but failed to get a response from him. Finally decided to take her to Dr. Vinay. Who ran tests immediately and we finally had a diagnosis. She received delayed care for her condition because of Dr. Bharat's negligence. Before taking her to Dr. Vinay, I called and messaged Dr. Bharat to see if he can help in any way as she was his patient. I didn't receive any help in an emergency situation as well. He may have all the expertise in the world, but there is a very good possibility that it won't be available for your pet when needed the most. Make your decision wisely.
