I had a wonderful experience at Alai Cat Clinic! I recently got my male cat neutered there, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff and doctor were incredibly caring, professional, and clearly love what they do. They handled my cat with so much patience and compassion, which really put me at ease.
A heartfelt thank you to Alai Vet Clinic for the incredible care and compassion shown towards two street dogs One was in aug 2025 and other was in sep 2025 What truly stood out was not just the medical care, but the constant updates, transparency, and reassurance throughout the entire process. Every progress update was shared with genuine concern and dedication, which gave so much comfort during a stressful time. It’s rare to find a team that treats stray animals with so much patience, kindness, and responsibility. Grateful to the entire team for going above and beyond and special mention to Dr. Supreeth.
Dr Vidyashree treated Sheru who had come with broken bones and other hospitals had told that he may not be able walk again. But Dr Vidyashree from ALAI pet clinic took him in and gave us a few options for Sheru’s recovery and took care of him really well. Today Sheru is able to walk on his own and is happily living in a shelter. Very very grateful to Dr Vidyashree from ALAI pet clinic for how she enabled Sheru to live on his own. Excellent people. Excellent service. Thank you so much 🙏🏻
We took a stray pup here during January 2025. He was brutally attacked by larger dogs and had a huge wound in his neck and also a maggot infection. We went to the clinic after trying to treat him at a local vet and were not satisfied. Nobody at ALAI pet clinic treated him in a bad way. The doctor , Dr. Supreet took time to pet him, play with him and was so careful during the diagnosis. They also gave us a discount on boarding as he was a rescue. He then was there for almost 3 weeks and was regularly monitored. We were able to call the vets for updates. We overall will give a big thumbs up for our experience and encourage rescuers and pet parents alike to use their services. Some pics of the recovery are attached!
I'm taking my cats to Alai Pet Clinic from past 1 and a half years and I'm very happy with their service, both doctors and staff are very good... When I had spayed my cat few months ago, I even tried contacting them around 10:30 PM as it was my first time and I was super worried about my cat, even though it was so late at night and clinic was closed, doctor did answer to all my queries. Recently I did neuter my other cat as well, doctor did inform everything beforehand, but as usual I called them multiple times with so many questions and they responded without hesitation... Overall I'm very happy to find a very good clinic for my babies...
