The doctor is very experienced as well as polite with the pets. Also, the staff is cooperative and helpful. I do recommend this clinic to all the pet parents.

I want to clearly highlight a few serious concerns from our experience: 1)If the condition was actually so severe, then how did your initial report show that everything was completely normal? It is quite evident that the reports were edited before being handed over to us. 2)We received the reports only after 6 days, and that too only when I mentioned that I would be forced to leave negative reviews. This delay is unacceptable. 3)In hindsight, it was a huge mistake on our part that we didn’t check your reviews earlier, as many of them mention that the clinic is money-minded and lacks proper treatment standards. 4)Lastly, based on our experience, I cannot recommend anyone to bring their pet to your clinic. It feels like pets are seen only as a source of money, with no genuine emotion, care, or sympathy for their well-being.
