Good place to treat your pets. Dr. Kavita💫 is very helpful and has good diagnostic skills. Other staff members are also cooperative, patient and loving with your pets. 🌺

Very disappointing experience at this private vet clinic. Even for a basic check-up, they immediately give injections and medicines and charge a lot. They first make a charge sheet of ₹250, which feels unnecessary. For a 3-day prescription, they told me I must visit every day and pay ₹250 each day, meaning ₹750 just for fees, not including medicines and injections, which are very costly. They also do not mention their break time (1 PM to 3 PM) anywhere, I later updated in Google Maps. I went during this time and was forced to wait till 3 PM. During the break, a woman came with her sick love bird, and sadly the bird died before the doctor returned. This was very upsetting and shows no emergency care or responsibility. Overall, this clinic seems more focused on making money than caring for animals. Poor communication, high repeated charges, and lack of compassion. I do not recommend this vet to other pet owners.

My Meow (kitten) was sick for 4–5 days. I took her to the hospital on the very first day. There was a lady named Kavita who saw her, but she barely checked Meow properly — it was just a surface-level examination. She didn’t do a proper diagnosis and simply gave us some pet medicine, which I used only once. Over 4–5 days, they gave Meow 7 injections, even though she was just 2 months old. The doctors there were not professional or well-educated. The place was not hygienic, and no one treated us or the animals with genuine care. On the 6th day, when Meow’s condition worsened, only then did they suggest a blood test — something they should have done right at the beginning. They didn’t seem to care about proper treatment — they just kept giving medicine after medicine, most of which were useless. We explained Meow’s symptoms, but they just kept saying, “Take this, she’ll get better.” But she didn’t. They gave us unnecessary medicines, and each visit they charged ₹1000 — without any actual improvement. It felt like they were just doing business, not providing real care. The lady Kavita, who was in charge, had vitiligo disease and unfortunately, her prescriptions and treatment approach caused more harm than good. Based on our experience, her negligence may be putting many animals at risk. In our case, we lost our Meow because of this careless treatment. If you truly love your pet, please do not take them to that hospital. Our Meow was very close to us, and now she’s gone. We’re deeply hurt. Please, don’t make the same mistake we did.
