Wonderful experience! The staff was compassionate, professional, and truly caring with my pet. The veterinarians took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was clean and well-organized. I’m so grateful for the excellent care — highly recommend this animal hospital!
Before the surgery, my cat was active and stable, but after the operation her condition rapidly deteriorated. Later, we were told she had developed severe infections, including fungal and bacterial issues. Despite multiple injections and treatments, her health continued to worsen and she eventually passed away. This has been an extremely traumatic and heartbreaking experience for me. I have serious concerns regarding the post-operative care, hygiene standards, and communication provided.”
I'm very happy to share my visit experience in the hospital. Staff professionalism: 5/5 Premises cleanliness: 4/5 Staff behaviour: 5/5 Staff working: 5/5 Doctor behaviour: 5/5 Staff coordination: 5/5 All over everything was pretty fine and it's not like other hospitals. I highly recommend everyone to visit this hospital for your dog/cat.
Got my cat's spaying done in the best way possible. The doctors were very cooperative and professional. The treatment was done in good hands.
The Government Veterinary Hospital at Tis Hazari is genuinely an excellent facility. The hospital staff is very polite and patient, even though some pet owners sometimes arrive arguing or creating unnecessary issues. I noticed that a few online reviews contain misinformation or false claims, which do not reflect the true quality of services provided here. I especially want to appreciate Surgeon Dr. Bhat and Shiv Sir, who are extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I got my dog operated here, and they clearly explained the consent form and all possible risks before the procedure. People spreading false allegations about the hospital are not being fair. If anyone has a genuine concern related to surgery or treatment, I strongly recommend meeting Shiv Sir once before forming an opinion. The surgeon and his team also work far beyond their official duty hours. Their shift is only 6 hours, yet many days they arrive early around 8 AM, start attending OPD patients, and then begin surgeries from 2 PM onwards. On the day I visited, the surgeon and staff finished their work at 10:30 PM, still giving full care to all animals. It’s surprising that some people still claim they don’t provide proper care.
