A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Vetic Pet Clinic, Malviya Nagar, for taking such wonderful care of my little Jassi. From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and reassured. A special thank you to Dr. Sahil for the kindness, patience, and genuine care shown throughout Jassi’s visits. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and compassionate approach gave us complete confidence that Jassi was in the best hands. What truly sets this clinic apart is the warm, homely atmosphere. Jassi felt relaxed, loved, and cared for, which means the world to us as pet parents. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for making every visit such a pleasant experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Vetic Pet Clinic, Malviya Nagar, to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. Thank you for treating Jassi like your own. ❤️🐾

UCHI DUKAAN PHEKE PAKWAAN.....VETIC don't even deserve single star....after reading positive reviews I booked my appointment....but.very Very disappointing experience at VETIC MALVIYA NAGAR. I had a confirmed appointment with Dr. SAHIL and the customer care called me several times to confirm it. Even after all those confirmations, my dog was not attended. I somehow managed to bring my 13-year-old dog, who has serious mobility issues, to the clinic. It was very difficult for me, but the clinic still refused to see him. The operator at the clinic was very unhelpful. He said their slots were blocked and told me to contact customer care, even though my appointment was clearly visible in their system. There was no coordination at all between the clinic and customer care, and no one took responsibility. I was extremely stressed and disappointed. Finally, I went to SAKET PET CLINIC, where Dr. Kumar attended my dog immediately, even without an appointment. I am truly grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and prompt care. I would not recommend Vetic Malviya Nagar because of their poor coordination, lack of responsibility, and the inconvenience caused to pet owners, especially those with senior pets.
This site is not open 24hrs.. they misrepresent facts here. Today I had a pet emergency and wanted to bring my Gamora here. But when I called someone from Greater Kailash answered instead saying they are open 24hrs and not Malviya Nagar that only opens at 11 am.. like are you kidding me? If you are not open 24hrs then you should just remove that from your google page.
