TLDR: Came here for an ultrasound for my dog going back with a fractured leg. While moving my 11 yo golden retriever, the staff member dropped my dog leading to a hind leg fracture. At the age of 11 with bone density issues, IDK how my boy will heal! Very very incompetent staff and non empathetic doc, who just came to me with a textbook statement that this is an unfortunate incident. If coming here, kindly refrain from relying on their staff/helpers. Be extremely careful in case this place is chosen for your dog. Reply to Your Comment: Your team admitted that the mishap happened by your personnel. So stop lying on public forum. Due to your mismanagement and incompetence, my dog's plight has further alivated. Please share the video footage, so that everything is clear and transparent. I will publish the same on social media confirm your malpractice and blatant lies! Don't worry the changes in your stance is very evident and have ensured that people will know about this in details. I am pretty sure a couple of patients have pointed that out during their recent visits and have been excessively careful visiting your clinic. It's appalling to see the two faced approach of you guys. On our face your doctor admits the wrong doings and on public platforms you guys say otherwise. Don't worry I will take relevant actions against you.
