We’ve had a deeply disappointing and painful experience with Animo, not just once but twice. The first time, we sent a puppy there for treatment for 15 days. We were told he had recovered, but when we brought him back, his condition was unchanged. We spent around ₹15,000 there, only to later get him properly treated elsewhere. Recently, we sent a society dog for wound treatment. Within a day, we were informed that he had suffered a “heart attack” and passed away. When we reached the hospital, the concerned doctor was unavailable and did not meet us. We were not provided any video or clear explanation of the treatment given. This lack of transparency, accountability, and care is extremely concerning—especially when it comes to animals who cannot speak for themselves. Please think carefully before trusting them with your pets.
