I had a truly excellent experience at Vet Pro Clinic in Ashok Vihar with my cat. The staff was incredibly good—very caring and professional. The cleanliness of the clinic is super, which is so important for pet health, and they have super facilities. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet parent
My cat died within an hour after the operation. I strongly feel the clinic gave excessive medication, and the staff did not seem properly trained or experienced. They could not even place the drip correctly on my pet. The handling and care were extremely poor, and this was a heartbreaking experience for me. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their animals.
Excellent dog clinic with professional and caring staff. Doctor clearly explained the issue and treatment. My pet is recovering well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable veterinary care.”
Today, the doctor spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I have been taking my pet to him for more than 5 years, but suddenly his attitude completely changed. He refused to properly see or treat my pet, which was very disappointing and upsetting. Instead of showing care and responsibility, his behavior felt greedy and unprofessional. A doctor who cannot handle a situation calmly should not blame or disrespect a pet parent. I did not expect this kind of treatment after being a loyal client for so many years. Hate this clinic
My pet barfi recovered with low platelet Good treatment
