This clinic is the best I have found in Bangalore. Their care and respect for their clients, our pets, and competence in animal handling (even our strays), means I can trust them completely and have absolute confidence in their diagnosis, treatment and advice. Pricewise I have found them to be similar to other places, but value for money at this clinic is much greater. They also have a home visit option for the local area, which has been great for treating travel-shy strays. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking my dog "Cherry" to Asha Pet Clinic for past five years, and it’s truly the best place for pet care! Dr. Asha and her amazing team are kind, patient, and deeply passionate about animals. They always take time to listen, explain, and treat every pet with genuine love and care. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and filled with warmth. I’m always confident that my dog is in safe hands. Recently visited Asha Pet Clinic for my dog’s bath — they treated him with such love and care, just like how we bath our own child. Truly appreciate their kindness and the way they treat every pet as their own! recommend Asha Pet Clinic for anyone who wants trusted, top-quality veterinary care!

The staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. They refused to allow me to meet or even speak with the doctor unless I brought my pet, despite my visit being only to clarify concerns and seek medical guidance. Pet parents should be able to discuss their doubts with the veterinarian without being treated disrespectfully. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy while interacting with customers. Instead of assisting or explaining the clinic’s policy politely, they behaved arrogantly and made the entire experience unpleasant. What is even more disappointing is that they charge consultation fees even when the pet is not present, yet they still refuse to facilitate a discussion with the doctor. Charging customers while denying them access to the veterinarian is unreasonable and reflects poorly on the clinic’s standards of customer service. I strongly recommend that the management address the staff’s attitude and train them to treat pet owners with professionalism and respect. No customer should have to experience such discourteous behavior when seeking help for their pet.

I have been a customer of Asha Pet Clinic for last 5 years. On Saturday I went to the clinic since my 14 year old cat Angie was sick. Dr Asha handled her well , gave anti-biotics, anti semetics and drips and made Angie well by the same night. Asha Pet Clinic is a well run clinic and I am happy to use their services.
