I am extremely disappointed with the service they provided to my kitten. The so-called routine health checkup was not done properly they barely examined him. The dry bath grooming was the worst part; it was rushed, careless, and clearly done in a hurry. Despite being the only customer at the time, we were not attended to properly at all. I paid around ₹1,800 for what turned out to be the worst routine checkup and grooming experience I’ve ever had in India. The veterinarian was unprofessional, and the overall service was pathetic. On top of that, they didn’t even provide a proper bill—just a handwritten note on a blank piece of paper and called it an invoice. I feel completely cheated and angry. This place is looting innocent people. The service is shameful, disgusting, and absolutely unacceptable. I will never recommend this place to anyone for grooming or health checkups. I strongly warn others not to waste their hard-earned money here.
