Absolutely heartbreaking and traumatic experience. We bought a Golden Retriever puppy from this pet shop after being assured by the owner, who also claimed to be a veterinarian, that the puppy was healthy, around 40 days old, and perfectly fine. Since we are first-time dog owners, we trusted their words completely. They provided no health certificate, no vaccination proof, no deworming records — and still convinced us that everything was normal. The reality was horrifying. From the very first day, the puppy started vomiting and suffering from severe loose motions. He was extremely sick. We got emotionally attached to him, named him, cared for him day and night, and spent nearly ₹10,000 on medical tests and treatment within just 8–9 days. We later discovered multiple reviews from other people describing the exact same situation — sick puppies being sold without proper medical care or documentation. This clearly shows a pattern, not a coincidence. We live abroad and had plans to take our puppy with us, but due to his extremely low immunity and poor health, doctors told us he could not even be vaccinated or microchipped for travel until he recovered fully. In the end, after spending ₹30,000 and going through immense emotional stress, we had no choice but to return the puppy. This place is highly irresponsible and misleading. Selling unhealthy puppies while falsely assuring buyers that they are medically fine is unacceptable. No family should have to go through this kind of emotional trauma. Please be extremely careful before buying a pet from here.
