I take my pets regularly to Bangalore Pet Hospital, Seegehalli, and recently had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roja that I would like to share. Dr. Roja has treated my pet on three occasions now. She greets everyone with a warm smile and approaches each case with genuine care and empathy. My pet always feels very comfortable and at ease around her. Most recently, she had to remove a stubborn plaster and stitches from my pet . The bandage was firmly stuck to his skin. The way Dr. Roja handled it was truly impressive. She worked with great patience, gently pampering him throughout to ensure he stayed calm and comfortable. I really appreciate her dedication and the quality of care she provides. Highly recommend her!

We visited this pet clinic a week ago for our cat’s skin infection, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Dr. Lohit recommended an unnecessary spot-on treatment costing ₹500, which was then incorrectly applied by a helper on both ears instead of the back of the neck—showing a clear lack of basic handling knowledge. He also prescribed a medication meant for dogs for our cat’s itching. Even after a week of use, there has been absolutely no improvement; instead, our cat’s condition has worsened into a severe skin infection (likely ringworm). We ended up paying ₹1450 in total, which feels completely wasted. This is not the first time—we previously received human antibiotics for our cat from the same clinic, by him itself which is highly concerning. Overall, this clinic appears to prioritize selling unnecessary treatments over proper diagnosis and care. The lack of knowledge, incorrect application of medication, and ineffective treatment are unacceptable. This was a very poor experience, and we would not recommend this clinic to other pet owners.

Conveniently located on the Whitefield hoskote road.. it's an extension of the main branch on varthur road.. It's a small set up of 2 procedure rooms, one x-ray room and one examination room.. Dr Riya, Dr Devyani..are fond of the pets on the table and are free with the treats. Roshan,Vivek, Purno.. handle the patients delicately and the pets are made to feel comfortable.. Blood tests , injections, drips, laser treatment, are done here. Unless it's a major case which is then referred to the main branch

Have been coming to the Kadugudi branch for the past nearly 3 years ,for my 13+ indie mix 3 legged Taimur 's sub cuts, to manage his CKD. The doctor and the staff Dr Gnan , Purna, Roshan and Chittranjan have been amazing in their dealing with him with kindness and patience .They have managed to keep his Kidney values controlled as well as any sudden problems that occur from time to time. A big thank you to all of them
