Visited for the first time for the treatment of a stray kitten rescued by the kids in our society! Dr Murtaza and his staff seem very compassionate, caring and competent when dealing with all sorts of animals (and we did see some very rare ones)…very impressed with the facilities, approach and care that this vet clinic offers! Almost too good to be true…wishing him and his staff all the best!
We visited Dr Murtaza for treatment for a critical stray kitten on recommendation from a friend who had gotten a stray kitten’s eye surgery (very successfully) done by him. His treatment was very thorough and good. The kitten is doing great now, my friend’s kitten as well. We also appreciate his compassionate approach to all animals - stray or pet. Highly recommend 👍🏼
Very methodical and compassionate vet. He has been treating our beloved Neo for lymphoma. He takes care to explain the purpose of each drug in cancer treatment and why blood test every week prior to the chemo session is important. No wonder, Neo loves Dr Murtaza. Blessing to have a good vet in Chandivali.
Bay Vets is a great place to go to. The staff is great and Dr. Murtaza does a fantastic job. He has operated on one of my dogs in the past who was blind for over a year due to complications. She’s so much better now and able to see everything. The clinic itself is very well equipped to handle a variety of emergencies and issues. Would highly recommend this place
I visited Dr. Murtaza’s clinic when my Shih Tzu developed an ulcer on his eye and my regular vet was unavailable. A friend recommended Dr. Murtaza, and I’m so glad I followed through. The clinic was clean and well-kept, and Dr. Murtaza was very patient, attentive, and well-spoken. He took the time to address all my concerns and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The treatment was not only effective but also very reasonably priced. For all the pet parents out there — I know how sensitive and important it is to find the right vet. I highly recommend Dr. Murtaza if you're looking for someone reliable and compassionate. Thank you for the excellent care. Keep up the great work!
