We’re so thankful to Dr. Pradnya Pethe, Dr. Shubham, and the entire Bloomvet team for their exceptional care and compassion towards our Shih Tzu, Zuzu 🐶💖. Both doctors are incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable — they treat every pet as if it were their own. Zuzu feels completely at ease during every visit, which says a lot! 🐾✨
Whether it’s regular check-ups, health concerns, or just helpful guidance, Dr. Pradnya and Dr. Shubham always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure our little one gets the best possible treatment. ⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: PET CRUELTY, TRAUMA, & STAFF AGGRESSION
DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE.
I am writing this review to deeply warn every pet parent out there about the sheer insensitivity, negligence, and absolute hostility my dog and I experienced at Bloom Vet Clinic.
My dog is a 5-year-old rescued Husky. He carries deep past trauma, and our family has spent years carefully caring for and conditioning him so he could heal and cope. He gets his regular grooming done at this very clinic, and the grooming staff themselves have always praised him, calling him the most friendly and cooperative pet they have ever groomed.
However, our experience during his recent vaccination visit was nothing short of traumatic:
Zero Medical Evaluation: The doctor didn't even bother to check his temperature, ask about his medical history, or inquire about his background before jumping straight to extreme measures.
Forced Muzzling Without Consent: Without consulting me or evaluating my dog's calm demeanor, they forcefully put a muzzle on him. When I questioned it, they dismissively claimed it was "protocol." This is not his first vaccination, and he has never, under any circumstance, been handled with such utter negligence at any other clinic.
Hostile and Aggressive Staff: When I tried to advocate for my dog, the doctor and the staff completely lost control. They began screaming at me right there in the clinic. Their behavior escalated to such a toxic extent that another person literally had to step in and pull them away from me.
To have this level of cruelty, aggression, and total lack of empathy happen right in front of my eyes is unforgivable. They have absolutely no understanding of animal behavior, let alone the fragile psychology of a rescue animal.
I will never bring my baby back to Bloom Vet Clinic, and I strongly urge everyone else to stay far away. They do not care about your pet’s well-being, and they will turn on you the moment you speak up. Also when asked to speak to the owner of this clinic his staff refused and said they cannot share his number, he was called by them andeve he was arrogant , saying u dont need to get the vaccine done from here...

Very nice experience with the entire staff at Bloomvet. Everytime we take our pup, they very carefully & lovingly examine him and give answers to all our questions patiently.
Today we did grooming and hair cutting for the first time and they did all of it with alot of care. I would recommend Bloomvet for sure

Dr Swali is a very competent doctor .He has been our family vet for more than 30 years .Over the years he's taken care of our dogs ,various injured birds, cats and other animals we took to him for treatment. Always knowledgeable and always giving the best care to all the animals. This new center is excellent and provides all the services under one roof .I recommend him and his staff very highly.
