Blue 7 Vets has a very professional setup, supportive staff, and cooperative doctors. The team was attentive when I brought my dog in serious condition, and they immediately started treatment and necessary investigations. The care and handling by the staff were good throughout the stay. However, I personally felt the treatment process was extremely expensive. One thing I did not understand was why a blood test was repeated within just a few hours despite already having recent reports. Also, even after one day of admission, there was still no clear diagnosis provided — mainly assumptions were discussed. A 2D Echo was done as well, but the report was not shared proactively and had to be requested multiple times before I finally received it. Overall, the hospital has good infrastructure and caring staff, but I feel there should be more transparency regarding diagnosis, testing decisions, and reporting. While the medical support was good, the overall experience felt somewhat commercially driven.
