I had done dental surgery for both my house cats and the entire procedure was so professionally done and with such perfect care that the recovery was very quick. Also apart from the medical procedure, the doctors guide you on post operative care and also advice you on long term what all to take care. They first thoroughly check the situation of your pet and advice the best option rather than just suggesting some operative procedure. I like how they ensure the wellness and comfort of the pet first above all. The suport staff is also very good and efficient. The team of doctors are well trained and also well updated on the latest trends and process in the market. I would recomend them for all your pet needs.

Exceptional veterinary clinic with clean facility and great team. Vets are very thorough in explaining anything and everything. All of the front desk and staffs truly care about your pet and try to make everyone as comfortable as possible. I have been taking all my community dogs and my pets here and let me tell you they have always been handled with utmost care. I am so thankful for all they have done for all my rescues. Will definitely recommend Blue cross vets clinic. Dont forget to take prior appointment before visiting.

had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Blue Cross Veterinary Clinic. I had booked an appointment for my dog in an emergency situation. Before arriving, I spoke with the receptionist, Anjali, who clearly assured me that the doctor was available and asked me to come immediately, promising that my pet would be taken care of. However, when I reached the clinic, there was no doctor present. I was then told that the doctors were on a lunch break and that I would have to wait for more than 30 minutes. This was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional, especially considering that I had already informed them it was an emergency case. In situations involving pets, every minute matters, and misleading pet parents like this can put animals at serious risk. If the doctor was not available, I should have been informed honestly instead of being called in urgently and then made to wait. I strongly urge other pet parents to be cautious before visiting this clinic, especially during emergencies. Transparency and basic professionalism are the least one expects when it comes to animal care, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.

My senior cat with Gingivitis was operated at Blue vet. Though I struggled a bit with post operative healing process in general, the cat looks very happy and sorted now after 1 month! Thank you Dr Nikita and Dr Isha and the entire team . The clinic also takes care of strays ! Love always from Neenu Cat 🐈 too.

"I am so glad I chose Blue Cross Vets Clinic for my dog’s surgery and regular checkups. The entire team of doctors is exceptional and handled every complication with so much patience and care. A special thank you to Dr. Santoshini; she is incredibly soft-spoken and took the time to guide me through every little detail of post-surgery care. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pet was in the right hands. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is extremely polite and professional. Highly recommended!"
