  Waited for 2 hours with no response from the support staff. There’s no empathy or even common courtesy by the staff who were walking around with mobile phones glued to their ears not caring about their clients. Walked away without consulting the doctor who was highly recommended. Very unhygienic place. No proper scheduling, reception etc. I’m a doctor (paediatrician) myself and not had this experience nor had a complaint remotely similar in a very competitive and professional practice for 40 years. Similar reviews before have not helped improve the clinic, not expecting to make any difference. Very poorly managed surgery. How long can it last just by the reputation of the veterinarian when the initial experience is so unwelcoming? If the owner has to improve this clinic, he should start by firing his pathetic support staff, hire a good receptionist, clean up the place. Reviews (negative) from the last 6 years have shown consistent concerns about the support staff Positive reviews are about Dr. Girish and affordability. Possibly these people have not come across decent veterinary clinics?

  I am heartbroken after losing my beloved cat, Max. He wasn't just a pet he was my cute, precious, and favorite companion, and losing him has left a void that can never be filled. Before I took him to this clinic, Max was showing signs of recovery. He was active, alert, and even hissed at the doctor, which gave me hope that he was getting better. At the clinic, he was put on IV fluids and injections, but no one properly explained what medications were being given or why they were necessary. The junior doctor inserted the IV line and then left without properly monitoring my cat. My cat started shivering, but no one came to check on him or monitor his condition. The doctor who was treating Max did not come back to examine him, ask about his condition, or monitor his progress. We had to wait for a long time and repeatedly seek attention ourselves. I felt there was no proper examination, no clear diagnosis, no communication, and no guidance about the treatment or medications being given. That night, after giving the prescribed medicines, Max's condition became much worse. The next morning, I immediately called the doctor and explained everything, including how sick Max had become. I was told over the phone that it was "normal." I was shocked by this response because I expected my cat to be examined or given urgent advice instead of having my concerns dismissed over a phone call. Sadly, despite everything we did, we lost our sweet Max. This has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. He was my cute, favorite cat, and I will miss him forever. Based on my personal experience, I found the treatment to be careless, unprofessional, and lacking compassion. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive and responsible veterinary care. Sadly, despite everything we did, I lost my cute baby, Max. He was more than just a pet he was family, my constant companion, and my happiness. Losing him has broken my heart, and I will miss him every single day. I can never get my sweet baby back 🥺😭😭😭

  Doctor is good so the place is acceptable. He is kind caring skilled and very animal friendly. He will make sure the animal is well treated. That's the best n most important part. But this cannot be said for the rest. There are a lot of areas of improvement. Not that there is shortage of staff. But there is shortage of structuring and planning. Professionalism is lacking. So is scheduling. Appointment records should be maintained and honoured. Place Can be kept more cleaner with more sanitizer for visitors. Tools, machines, table can be kept sterile or with fresh disposable mats everytime. Staff should know what and how to speak with the customers. Petty arguments make one loose respect.

  Doctor Vinay is really caring and handled my dogs case so well without giving us panic attacks we actually lost hope and was above to go for surgery but with his confidence we were able to get our dog out of danger without surgery and after two days he is in very good condition and we thank him so much

  Good doctor & well staff. 1)Good efforts to put on pets well treatment. 2) doctor is does not give much important to money 3) Good Hospital compare to all hospitals in Bangalore.
