I’ve been using Bozo Wags Veterinary Hospital for my Golden Retriever for over 5–6 years, and the service has improved tremendously over time. It’s my preferred place for grooming, veterinary care, and pet supplies, with a well-stocked store offering food, toys, and grooming essentials.
A special mention to Aryan, whose compassionate approach to grooming, bathing, and dog walking truly stands out. His understanding of pets’ emotional and psychological needs gives me complete confidence that my dog, Keny, is in safe hands. The entire team is polite, friendly, and genuinely caring, always recommending the best products and services based on each pet’s needs. I highly recommend Bozo Wags for excellent pet care, veterinary services, grooming, and quality pet products.

I’ve been coming to this veterinary clinic for the past 6 years, I adopted my dog from this clinic. I’ve always had a great experience. Dr. Anjali is very vigilant, knowledgeable, and pays great attention to detail. The staff is also well-trained, patient, and caring. I truly appreciate the consistent care they provide and would definitely recommend this place to other pet parents.

I came to Bozo wags for grooming and haircut and bath for my 8 month old puppy. The groomer Tilak at Bozo wags was really helpful and made my puppy very comfortable and did a great job at grooming him.

The front desk communication is incredibly disappointing - especially during emergencies.
While I have the utmost respect for your doctors & the quality of your medical services, the communication from your reception desk during urgent situations is a major weak point. This is the second time I have faced this issue.
Late last night, I found an injured stray dog with a severely swollen and infected leg. Because of the long commute, I messaged the hospital with photos to ask if he could be boarded during his recovery before I made the journey. Since it was after-hours, I expected a response first thing in the morning. Instead, I faced a frustrating day of silence:
- 9:30 AM: No response, and my messages weren't even read. I called to explain the urgency. The receptionist told me the head surgeon would arrive after 11:00 AM and needed to be consulted.
- 12:00 PM: Still no word. I called to check in, but no one answered.
- 1:20 PM: I called again. The same receptionist answered and told me the surgeon was in surgery but promised to update me as soon as they were free.
- 6:30 PM: Still absolutely no follow-up or response.
I completely understand that surgeons and doctors are busy saving lives. However, managing communication and keeping worried clients updated is the receptionist's primary responsibility. Leaving an emergency inquiry in limbo for an entire day is unacceptable.
I hope this feedback will be taken constructively & implement better training for your front-desk staff on handling and following up on emergency queries or hire better personel to man it. There was a girl who did an excellent job at this but not sure if she still works there.
Update : the evening receptionist was prompt in his communication & follow ups. Appreciate his efforts to sort this out quickly.

Amazing service they really treats the pet very well one of my rescue pets was boarded here for almost 2 months and it took such good care of it and they take care of animals long term who came under rescue very well in very safe places they also have very good comfortable hygienic environment. They have good pet boarding system as well they have a full time monitoring system. They give you everyday reports and updates and will always inform you if there is any update or the permission required to do any sort of blood test. Very friendly staff very helpful whenever you need any sort of help. They also have a shop where you can buy variety of pet food accessories and toys and everything you need for your pet they also take care of the stray dogs by vaccinating and neutering them. If you are considering to take a consultation to a vet. You can always visit bozo wags. Especially doctor Keerthi mam and doctor siyad, Dr Shriram Mr Bharath and of course Mr Ashwin all of them are very very useful
