27th Dec'21 my kujo started vomiting in the night and it was not even stopping. Nobody can't even imagine what we were going through. It was so difficult to see our boy in pain. we got worried. no one is ready to attend to him. Everyone was saying wait for tomorrow morning. immediately we got to know about this pets clinic. he supported us immediately then we have gone through Kujo surgery because the doc find out something got stuck inside the intestine. Later on, we found plastic bags and a silica coster inside his intestine. surgery got successful and now Kujo is fully healthy. must visit BTM pets clinic. Thank you Dr Shashwath and team for making my kujo healthy and happy.

I took my pug puppy here cause of some skin infection and the medicine they prescribed not only made it worse but also caused seizure for my 6 month old pug. I tried multiple treatments and took him to countless doctors but it seemed too late until i researched about a foreign medicine and started treatment on my own. Gracefully my pup is doing a little better. Please don't take your pet to some place for cheaper service. Do check the reviews and credibility of your vet else you'll be doomed. I normally don't write reviews but this was a major health hazard that we struggled for days and nights & for months cause of a minor mistake of not researching properly!

Dr Shashwath is extremely knowledgeable, cares for pets and their parents. He has always helped us, and we cannot praise him enough. He provides vaccination, boarding, surgeries, investigations, deworming, flea treatments, travel certificates and a lot more. Most importantly, he has a very confident, patient and skilled service. Would definitely recommend💯 All the very best
