It's a heavenly place. The work Dr Aswin, Dr Kavya and the staff are doing is god-gifted. They genuinely have a different love for all animals and you can see that the moment you walk into the hospital. They cured one of my boy from Parvo and another from tick fever when I adopted them and they work with multiple rescue centre as well.
One of the best place to take your pets. They understand the basic concepts of how a pet is your kid, and treats them as such. The doctors are extremely kind and patient. From the front desk, to the cleaners, everyone is very nice and lovely to the animals. We initially came here after our cat got misdiagnosed elsewhere, but after a quick round of tests they confirmed Parvo (even though he was vaccinated). They told us what to do, how we can help him fight against it, and booked him for daily treatments. It was one hell of a week fot all of us, but by the end of it, our cat made through, and he's never been more strong 💪 So thankful to everyone here for giving the best care for my little boy! We are eternally greatful.
DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Especially if you're trying to help a community stray. The charges and the quality of service live about 100 different dimensions away. Please save your money, time and emotional charge. They will give you 10 reasons how they are qualified and it's a one off but the service is abysmal on a level that you want take them for a welfare check and calligraphy classes. Prayers and thoughts for all future victims. (Ps: my last communication with their world-class doctor who we had to beg to meet each time post op because once the money is in and patient has been kicked out why would we care?!)
I’m extremely grateful to the team at CanCure for the care and support they gave my cat, Kitchi. A special thank you to Dr. Ashwin for identifying and successfully removing her tumor. Dr. Bindu and Dr. Mridula were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made a very stressful time feel much more manageable. I also truly appreciate the entire staff and reception team for their warmth and professionalism. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals they treat. Thank you for everything you’ve done for Kitchi. I highly recommend the team at CanCure, your fur babies are safe with them.
The hospital provided excellent treatment and care, which made me very happy. However, I wish the management would focus on improving the staff language ( a boy who responded in hindi dont know his name Akash or Akshay ), as patients come for medical treatment from doctors, not advice from staff !! Hope management will work on this 🙏
