I’ve been visiting this clinic since before it partnered with Bloomvet, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have not been the same as earlier. There seems to be a clear lack of consistent communication. There is no specific point of contact, and there are noticeable gaps between updates and follow-ups. The doctor attending to my pet keeps changing, which makes it difficult to maintain continuity of care. Calls and text messages often go unanswered, and when information is shared, it is not always explained clearly or in enough detail. I also feel that the level of personal attention and care is not what it used to be before the partnership. Earlier, there was more involvement and hands-on care, whereas now the experience feels rushed and less attentive. As a pet owner, clear communication, consistency, and genuine care are extremely important. I hope the clinic takes feedback seriously and works on improving these aspects.

Really Really helpful and quick with diagnosis and treatment My dog ingested holi colour pill and had to get her here at 12 am, they answered all of my questions and made me feel assured that she was alright and managed everything really well… kudos to bloomVet team

I have been visiting this clinic long before its partnership with Bloomvet, and unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly since then. The biggest concern now is the complete lack of communication and coordination. There is no dedicated point of contact, messages and calls go unanswered, and there is no call back or proper follow-up unless you repeatedly chase the team yourself. My dog has been facing a health issue for the past 1–2 weeks, and despite multiple visits and consultations, the problem still remains unresolved. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the attending doctors keep changing, and every doctor seems to have a different opinion or approach. As a pet owner, it is extremely stressful to keep explaining the entire medical history and situation from scratch each time, only to receive inconsistent guidance. This constant change in doctors makes continuity of care nearly impossible. Instead of a clear treatment plan, there is confusion and lack of alignment within the team. Updates are either delayed, unclear, or insufficiently explained, leaving pet owners anxious and uncertain about their pet’s health. Earlier, the clinic offered personal attention, involvement, and genuine care. Now, the experience feels rushed, disorganized, and impersonal. When a pet is unwell, owners rely heavily on clear communication, consistency, and confidence in the medical team — all of which are currently missing. I truly hope the clinic management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication, accountability, and continuity of care, because the current experience is deeply disappointing.

I had gone for my kitten's grooming. It was done well and professionally. They handled my pet well and with care which was the best part. Thank you.

My cat was in real danger — his bladder was tight, he was vomiting, and his creatinine had shot up from 7.3 to 9.3. I was advised to get him admitted immediately so his condition wouldn’t deteriorate further. But by evening, under the treatment and care of Dr. Pradnya Pethe, he showed such an incredible improvement that within just three days his creatinine dropped to 1.8. It truly felt like a miracle. The doctor’s team and even the assisting staff are so loving, gentle, and caring towards your pet as if they are their own. My cat was handled with so much affection and attention — it gave me immense comfort in such a stressful time. I am truly grateful for the extraordinary care my baby received. 🙏💛🐾
