Someone recommended this pet clinic to us, but unfortunately, our experience with them for our Persian cat was disappointing. Firstly, the consultation and treatment costs felt unnecessarily expensive. Secondly, we noticed that the pricing for certain procedures seemed inconsistent and fluctuated when we inquired about them on different occasions. One of the major concerns was regarding our cat's tail, which had turned noticeably dark in color. When we consulted this vet, he did not examine it thoroughly and simply suggested that it was due to dirt buildup and hormonal changes. However, after seeking a second opinion from another veterinarian, we were informed that our cat actually had stud tail (flea/fleece-related issue), which was clearly visible upon proper examination. There were a few other instances as well where we found it difficult to trust the advice and decisions being given. Due to these repeated concerns, we ultimately decided to switch to a different veterinarian altogether. Sharing this solely based on our personal experience so that other pet parents can make an informed decision.
