We lost our baby, Doggu, on April 29th, and our hearts are beyond broken. It hasn’t even been 48 hours, but in the middle of this immense grief, I feel a deep need to express our gratitude to the team at Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital who stood by us through every step of this journey. Our association with Cessna goes back to 2017 with Dr. Ajitesh, who loved Doggu dearly and always took the best care of him. After he moved, Dr. Gracy continued that same compassion and dedication. Over the past two months, Doggu fought the bravest battle against multiple health complications. Through it all, Dr. Parth and Dr. Amruth were nothing short of angels in disguise. They gave their heart, soul, and everything they possibly could to save and heal our baby. Not only did they care for Doggu, but they also supported us emotionally, guiding us through frantic messages, late-night calls, and overwhelming moments. They never left our side in this fight, and we will forever be grateful for their kindness, patience, and unwavering support. We would also like to thank the other incredible doctors who were part of Doggu’s care: • Dr. Ramesh for always coming to check on Doggu whenever we would be worried about Doggu. • Dr. Srujan, who comforted us after our baby passed, truly a gem of a person. • Dr. Aishwarya, for correctly diagnosing Doggu’s condition. • Dr. Vathsala, his oncologist, for her patience and care throughout. A special mention as well to the groomer and the security staff at the main gate, though we don’t know your names, your kindness and helpful nature meant a lot to us. However, I would also like to share one concern. During our final moments with Doggu in the IPD, Dr. Masin’s approach felt lacking in compassion and empathy. Within seconds of our baby passing, we were told dismissively that his body needed to be moved due to other urgent cases. While we understand hospital protocols and urgency, a little empathy toward a grieving family goes a long way. Even when we requested just five minutes for our elderly parents to arrive and see Doggu one last time, it required intervention from other doctors. Compassion costs nothing, but it means everything in moments like these. Despite this, we remain deeply thankful to Cessna and most of its wonderful staff for being part of Doggu’s life and journey. You gave our soul dog love, care, and dignity, and that is something we will never forget. Rest in peace, our baby Doggu. You were, and always will be, our everything, our heart, our soul, our happiness, our love.

Excellent facility for pets’ medical care. Experienced medical and paralegal personnel who have empathy for our pet babies. I visited for spinal injury treatment of a stray dog through hydrotherapy. The treatment brought remarkable improvement. Though the stray was not cooperative initially but Mr. Mahesh and Ms. Harini at the facility were very kind and considerate. They handled the dog with love and care and after multiple sessions of hydrotherapy provided by Mahesh and Harini it is much better. Very good experience both for the dog and its carers.

As a pet parent, one of the scariest moments for me was when my female Husky accidentally swallowed a mango seed. Looking back, I delayed taking her to the hospital by almost 3 hours simply because I had no idea how serious it could be. Thankfully, Cessna Lifestyle Hospital was there when we needed them the most. A special thanks to Dr. Surjan, who immediately attended to her, got the X-ray done, and patiently explained every possible outcome. He walked us through the endoscopy procedure, the costs involved, and also prepared us for the possibility of surgery if the endoscopy didn’t work. Thankfully, after about 45 minutes to an hour, they successfully removed the mango seed through endoscopy, and I can’t explain the relief we felt. Since then, we’ve had to visit again when she developed a fever and underwent a CBC, and once again the team was supportive and professional throughout. Yes, they are a little on the expensive side, but when it comes to emergency care, experienced doctors, and a 24×7 hospital that’s always available, I genuinely feel it’s worth it. Knowing they’re there anytime gives me peace of mind. If you’re around Old Airport Road or nearby and ever need emergency veterinary care, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. Thank you once again, Dr. Srujan, and the team for taking such good care of my girl. 🐺

We rushed our 10 yr old male GSD with bloat to Cessna on the night of April 29th as this was the only vet hospital open 24/7 for emergencies in Bangalore. The vets and staff immediately conducted all the necessary tests to determine that it was GDV and performed Gastropexy surgery at 1 am after explaining all possible outcomes for our pet. Professional and polite vet staff. The place has everything for a pet in distress and I highly recommend this place. We were also allowed to see our pet pre and post surgery for a few minutes and that was reassuring. We got regular video and picture updates about our pet's recovery, consultation from Dr Padam the next day via a phone call about our pet's vitals and discharge was also smooth with guidance on post operative care by the on duty Vet. Thank you for saving the life of our pet. We can never forget this.

Cessna has been a great place for pet care. My pet was got unwell & we moved her to the emergency care i. The mid night & doctors took good care. In IPD Dr. Mahsin Dr. Anvitha Nuerologist Did really diagnose and treat her very well & the efficiency was great. I have seen Dr. Mahsin literally feed my pet & give her physio and was extremely caring and humble. That care made me take my pet back to Cessna. Cessna has amazing doctors who are extremely kind, humble & knowledgeable. The hospital in-house facilities are commendable too. Thanks a lot again Dr. Mahsin & Dr. Anvitha
