We had an amazing experience at the Cessna Electronic City. We had just gotten a poodle puppy who was diagnosed with a tick fever right from the very beginning. It was a very stressful moment for us but had it not been for the staff and the doctors at Cessna, we would have had a much more stressful journey. The staff was super caring, right from the reception and members to the doctors to the groomers. Everybody really helped us gain a lot of confidence every step of the way. I just cannot praise the staff enough and the place is spot clean. Our experience has been wonderful since we've been coming here every time for the last few times. I highly recommend this place. Special mention - staff 1. Godwin 2. Manish 3. Edwin Doctors - 1. Dr. Arjun - super caring 2. Dr. Saranya Nurse - 1. Hansraj

I recently visited Cessna life line for my pet’s treatment, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. Staff & Service: The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and compassionate. From the front desk to the veterinary doctors, everyone made sure my pet felt comfortable and cared for. Veterinarian Expertise: The vet took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. Their expertise and gentle approach gave me a lot of confidence. Cleanliness & Facilities: The clinic was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern tools. Waiting time was reasonable, and appointments ran on time. Care & Follow-up: Post-treatment follow-up was excellent. They checked in after the appointment and were available for any questions or concerns. Overall Rating: 5/5 Highly recommend Cessna life line for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care for their pets.

The technician who visited to give deworming tablet to my cat was not able to do it for two times, and only did it successfully the third time. This made my already anxious cat more anxious. I have never seen this happen in the 2 years I have had her. Extremely poor experience! Spending 800Rs for the visit alone for the visit from 4 mins away, and then facing these problems was extremely disappointing. I am never going to use their service again. Don't go by the reviews guys!

We are super glad regarding Dr. Roshni's treatment. The way she addressed every problem we spoke about. The utmost detail and root cause was addressed. Glad this place has her.
