The caretaker was very kind and attentive to my dog. They followed all instructions and kept my pet comfortable. Highly recommended. Good service. Staff member Anees handled my dog very gently and kept me updated. Thank you so much Anees for your kindness and gently handling my pet. I give 5star for groomer Anees

Appalling Service and Lack of Professionalism I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this facility. I came in to donate blood for a dog that had been admitted for 5 days and was in urgent need of help. Instead of being treated with the respect and urgency the situation required, I was made to wait for two full hours without any clear explanation or updates. During this time, I noticed at least 10 dogs being attended to, all of whom seemed to be walk-ins without appointments. While I understand emergencies can arise, the lack of an organized system and the apparent favoritism shown was shocking. It was as if there was no regard for the urgency of my visit or the condition of the dog I was there to help. What made matters worse was the rude and indifferent behavior of the reception staff. Not once did they bother to provide an update, apologize for the delay, or even show the slightest courtesy. Instead, they gave off smug looks and acted as though they couldn’t care less about the situation. It was clear that neither the staff nor the management values their patients or the people trying to help them. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disheartening. When you’re running a facility that handles lives—both animals and the people who care for them—you need to show a certain level of empathy, professionalism, and urgency. This place showed none of that. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their service, starting with firing the reception staff and implementing a better system to handle patients efficiently and respectfully. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care for their pet.
Dr. Bharat is great with my pet and every visit leaves me feeling heard. I tried multiple docs to resolve her skin sensitivity but he figured the issue immediately. Also my pet is extremely anxious but he immediately soothes her. Gives her a thorough check every visit. I got my pet spayed here too and the surgery and after care was very good.
