The doctor and staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every detail about my cat’s health and treatment options. What i loved most was how the doctor truly understands cat behaviour ~ making even nervous cats feel safe. The clinic is clean, calm and designed perfectly for pets. The staff handled mu cat gently and patiently, showing genuine compassion and expertise. I highly recommend cat Doctor and cat care clinic to any pet parent who wants the best care and comfort for their feline friend.

As a first-time pet parent to a tiny three-month-old Chihuahua, I was probably more nervous about vaccinations than Eva was. From our very first visit, I felt reassured that Eva was in the right hands. It wasn’t just the medical care, but the patience, kindness, and genuine concern shown to both of us that made all the difference. From Eva’s very first vaccination, Dr. Shilpi took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make the entire process feel far less overwhelming. What impressed me most was knowing that support didn’t end when we left the clinic. When I was worried about Eva after her vaccination, Dr. Shilpi encouraged me to message or even call if needed, and was always responsive and reassuring. As a new pet parent, that kind of accessibility and compassion means more than I can express. It gave me confidence that Eva was not just another patient on a schedule, but a little life that genuinely mattered to the people caring for her. The entire team at Companion Care combines professional expertise with something that cannot be taught: empathy. They understand that when a pet is unwell, it is not just the pet that needs support, but the family that loves them. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that treats your pet with competence, kindness, and genuine concern, I can wholeheartedly recommend Companion Care. Thank you for taking such good care of Eva.

We've been taking our 6 cats to this clinic for 3 years now and have been really happy with the care they've received. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they've always been able to help us with our cats' various health issues. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the vets take the time to explain things clearly. We've had a few emergencies and they've always been responsive and helpful. Overall, we're very satisfied with the care our cats have received here and would definitely recommend this clinic to other pet owners.

Our cat was suffering from an allergic situation for a long time. We took her to multiple vets in Gurgaon near Palam vihar but no one had the knowledge or the experience to patiently check for all symptoms and address our problems. Our cat was struggling because of the clinics' mindless steroid injection does which were expensive and needed daily follow-ups which were breaking our wallets without heilding results. After taking her to companion care we really appreciate Dr Abhishek, how he extensively devised a blood-test followed up a fairly lengthy recovery process but our kitty was completely cured and visibly happier. I am really grateful as she is fully recovered and her energy is back. 🥹😺😺😺
