We went there with our small 45 days old puppy for vaccination. Instead of doing vaccination they have him just deworming. After 2 days He was suffering from loose motion and not eating anything. We went back to them, so we got to know he was suffering from fever 103. They gave him injection for fever. Buuttttt his condition got worse. And next day he died. This was very disheartening to us. I regret to trust them. Think twice before going to them.
Got 2 of my cats neutered here. Doctor as well as the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was skeptical based on some negative reviews but took my chance. And I am really pleased with their service. Will make another appointment for another cat soon. For people who rescue animals, definitely recommended cz it's really affordable as well.
The doctors here are truly very good and caring. They keep updating us regularly, and whenever we message or call, they respond politely and patiently. I really appreciate their kindness and dedication. Sometimes people blame doctors when things don’t go as expected, but we should remember they are human too. They cannot save every life, but they always try their best to help and treat our pets with care. I am really happy that I found this place. It gives me confidence and trust to bring my pets here for treatment. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion and hard work.
We had an emergency with our cat late night and this was the only place opened 24 hours. Their expertise is exceptional . Dr. Vasant is very very helpful for advisory. We also tried their medical observation and boarding service which was affordable and trustworthy. Overall 10 on 10 experience for a pet parent with people who actually care about your fur babies.
The doctor handled my pet’s condition very calmly and professionally. Accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. I felt confident and reassured throughout the process
