I had one of the most heartbreaking experiences with this clinic. I took my hamster here three separate times because I knew something wasn't right. Each time, I was told he was healthy, including just one day before he passed away. The very next night, when my hamster became unresponsive, I rushed him to another veterinarian. After examining him, they told me he was in critical condition and that his chances of survival were extremely low. Sadly, he didn't make it. I understand that medicine isn't always perfect and not every outcome can be prevented, but I expected a thorough examination and an honest assessment of my pet's condition. Being repeatedly reassured that he was healthy when he was actually so seriously ill is devastating. If his condition had been identified earlier, he might have had a better chance. The doctor didn't even tryto touch him or do a body checkup with their hands he only seems to see everything on the outer surface but what about his internal thing. Losing a pet is incredibly painful, and I can't help but feel deeply disappointed by the care we received. Based on my experience, I would not trust this clinic with small animals. Do not take your pet to this clinic if you love your pet.
