The doctor is incredibly kind and caring, and my dog always looks forward to visiting the clinic. The entire staff is also very friendly and gentle with my dog, and they have always been so helpful. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. The doctor always takes the time to answer our questions and address any concerns with patience and care. If you’re looking for a new veterinarian, I definitely recommend giving this clinic a visit.
I recently visited this pet care center and had a great experience. The staff was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about my pet. Dr Sarabjeet was very kind and helpful.They explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality pet care.
Im really glad I found a good avian vet in Gurgaon, Dr. Mohit was quite gentle with my parrot (sun conure), whenever I take my parrot to vets he always returns home quite shook up and terrified but Dr Mohit examined and handled Buddy with perfection, he didn't try to rip us off or get us to buy any medications altho we were convinced Buddy needed some, he told us honestly what was up with Buddy and turns out it was behavioral and not physical, he explained us calmly the course of action moving forward. We returned home quite satisfied and relieved thanks to Dr Mohit!
Our experience at Crown Vet, Sushant Lok, was truly heartbreaking. Yesterday morning, we took our beloved guinea pig to Dr. Mohit, hoping he would receive the treatment he needed to survive. An X-ray was performed, and glucose, medications, and inhalation therapy were administered. We also purchased all the prescribed medicines and paid the bill without hesitation because our pet's life meant everything to us. Tragically, shortly after leaving the clinic, our guinea pig passed away. Before we left, we were informed that an email with the name of a Vitamin C supplement would be sent. We waited for that email, or at least a follow-up call from the clinic, but neither ever came. We had even hesitated to call ourselves, hoping the clinic would follow up. We kept wondering how we would tell them that, despite all the treatment and their efforts, our beloved pet had passed away. Sadly, that follow-up call never came. What hurt us the most was the complete lack of empathy, communication, and concern during one of the most painful moments our family has experienced. A simple follow-up call or message would have shown that the clinic genuinely cared about the well-being of its patients and the families who love them. A little compassion can mean so much to grieving pet owners. Sadly, our experience left us deeply disappointed and heartbroken.
This is a feedback for the talented team at Crown Vet especially Dr Mohit, from first time parents of a hyperactive baby! Dr Mohit and the staff at Crown Vet are exceptional at their work! Dr Mohit has been nothing but brilliant and helpful throughout our entire vaccination journey. He even helped us over phone many times when our baby was unwell, guiding us for medications and taking timely updates. He has never pushed us for anything unnecessary like it’s done at other clinics. Dr Mohit is highly professional, humble and him and the team always make our visits hassle free and satisfactory! Recommend him and the team wholeheartedly especially to first time parents like us! :) Cheers to the good work! :)
