I’ve had an excellent experience with Crown Vet so far, and I genuinely cannot thank the entire team enough for the care and guidance they have provided for both of my cats. The staff is extremely friendly, cooperative, patient, and compassionate. Dr. Priti, Dr. Saloni, and the other doctors have all been wonderful. They take the time to explain everything clearly and guide you through every step what needs to be done, what should be avoided, and how to take care of your pets at home. As someone who considers myself a fairly basic cat parent with an adult cat and a kitten, having doctors who are willing to patiently explain even the smallest details has made a huge difference for me. My kitten has been dealing with a skin infection, and Dr. Saloni has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire treatment. With her guidance and proper treatment, I can genuinely see my kitten getting better day by day, which is such a relief. My adult cat was also diagnosed with HCM (a heart condition) after previously being unwell with a fever and not receiving the right guidance elsewhere. Both of my cats were going through health issues, and bringing them to Crown Vet has been one of the best decisions I made. They are both doing significantly better now, and I’m extremely grateful to the doctors and staff for that. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I also appreciate that the treatment and consultation costs feel quite reasonable and affordable. Most importantly, they genuinely seem to care about the animals and not just the consultation. What I appreciate most is that they guide you at every single step and make you feel supported rather than confused or overwhelmed.
