Crown Vet Kalyani Nagar has been my trusted vet for my 12 rescue cats. Almost all my cats have been vaccinated and neutered here and Dr Sanhita and the other Crown Vet doctors have saved the lives of so many of my babies. I am truly grateful. 💜
Mu Suji got cured within a week, she was suffering for past one month and was under treatment at Complete pet care clinic. Although past 6 years they took care excellently but this time they failed. Finally our suji is rocking again after coming at Crown vet.
Very disappointing experience at **Crown Vet, Kalyani Nagar**. I visited the clinic to get a microchip implanted for my Toy Pomeranian. Since he is a very small breed, I had a genuine question about whether smaller pets and larger dogs use the same size microchip. The receptionist simply said they use one standard size and did not seem interested in explaining or addressing my concern. When I politely asked if I could see the microchip and take a picture to understand the size better, she point-blank refused. What disappointed me wasn't the answer, but the **unfriendly and dismissive way my concern was handled**. As pet parents, we naturally have questions before any procedure involving our pets. A little patience, empathy and willingness to explain would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I left without getting the procedure done and had a very poor experience overall.
I had a wonderful experience at this pet clinic. The staff is warm, polite, and truly cares about animals. The veterinarian was very calm, patient, and thorough during the check-up, explaining everything clearly without rushing us. The clinic is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great facilities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and kind medical care for their pets!
