⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Dr. Nandini 🫡🙌🏼 for taking such wonderful care of my pet. Her knowledge, experience, and dedication truly stood out. Instead of recommending unnecessary tests and expenses, she was able to quickly understand what was happening with my dog through her expertise and accurate diagnosis. What impressed me the most was the care and commitment shown by the entire team. It was raining heavily, and it was almost midnight, yet they patiently attended to my pet, provided the necessary treatment, and ensured we received the right medicines and guidance.☺️ Every staff member was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my dog's well-being. It's rare to find a veterinarian who combines such deep knowledge with kindness and honesty. Dr. Nandini is truly a gem. Please don't lose her. She is a tremendous asset to the clinic and has earned our complete trust and gratitude.🙏🏼✨ ಚಿರಋಣಿ 🙌🏼

I am extremely happy with the service provided for both my dog and cat. The boarding area is spacious, clean, and properly sanitized. Staff members are polite, knowledgeable, and available whenever we call for updates. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our pets were in safe hands. Definitely one of the most dependable places for pet boarding and animal care

I have no idea what I’ll do without Dr. Nandini at Crown Vet. She is a god send! Our girl June used to go to another clinic as a pup but we moved to crown vet after hearing about Dr. Nandini. She is one of the kindest, knowledgeable, non commercial doctors out there. We have been going here for over a year now. We have gone there for all possible scenarios and everytime Dr. Nandini has been so patient listening to our issues and giving us solutions that always points towards low medicine usage and more generic overall care. She even follows up with us a day or two later to make sure things are getting better. I remember this moment where our girl was down with scabies and the doctor tried out all possible steps to control it through lower doses before prescribing the high level medicine. She explains every medicine usage, it’s side effects and need. Very rare to see doctors put that effort and time in a fast moving pet care works. We also had our girl stay 2 days extra at the hospital post spay surgery and they took such good care of her & sent us updates on her progress. June had to take IV twice due to gastro issues and the staff there sat with her and me throughout holding her hand (since she might move it) and keeping her calm and petting her. The staff overall is also very friendly, caring and June loves meeting them whenever she goes there.

I was referred to Crown Vet Koramangala by my sister, who had a great experience during her visit. Unfortunately, my first visit today was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the clinic is located in a very crowded area, making parking quite difficult. While I understand the need to fill out a form for a first-time visit, what followed was unacceptable, a wait of over an hour despite there being only four pets ahead of us. During this time, two other pets arrived after us, and all of us were left waiting without any communication or updates from the staff. When my patience started wearing thin, we were moved into a consultation room, where multiple vets briefly walked in and out without actually attending to us. After sitting there for over 15 minutes with no progress, I stepped out, only to find that the pets who had arrived after us were already being seen. When I raised this concern, I was told that those clients had prior appointments. While that may be true, it does not justify making others wait for over an hour without any explanation or transparency. I have had pets all my life and have visited many clinics, but I have never encountered such poor management of time and communication. This was, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating veterinary experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place and especially not when staff seem scared to walk around a golden retriever.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We rushed to Crown Vet Hospital early in the morning in an emergency as my pet had sudden facial swelling due to an infection. It was too early, and we had searched so many hospitals—Crown Vet was the only one open 24/7. The staff attended to us immediately and treated my pet with great care and kindness. Their prompt response, professionalism, and compassionate treatment made a huge difference during a stressful time. So thankful for their support and highly recommend them to all pet parents!
