From the very first day of the visit to the clinic to 4 months now, the services from the clinic have been exemplary. As first time pet parent, it is reassuring to know that our kids are in good hands. My kitten whose name is Molotov Cocktail (alias Molly C) has been taken care of and i know i have a support system 24*7. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The doctors, especially Dr. Arif Kichloo, really takes his time in catering to our loved pets. Many times i have gone to the doctor for minor things as well and every time the doctor's diagnosis is accurate and the treatment as well. They not just treat our pets, they also counsel their parents into healthy pet parent habits.

My Labrador Retriever, Bruno, had been struggling with gastrointestinal issues for over a month. After consulting several veterinarians and feeling unsatisfied with the explanations and treatment plans I received, I was fortunate to find Dr. Nitin Bhardwaj at Crown Vet. Within a single consultation, Dr. Bhardwaj was able to identify the likely cause of Bruno’s condition and explain it in a way that was clear, detailed, and reassuring. What impressed me most was not only his expertise, but also the compassion and patience he showed throughout the appointment. He took the time to answer every one of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed, and he thoroughly explained both the diagnosis and the proposed treatment plan. I also greatly appreciated the transparency of the clinic. I was provided with a complete breakdown of the costs for every test, and all potential backup plans and next steps were discussed with me in advance, which gave me a great deal of confidence in Bruno’s care. The entire team at Crown Vet was exceptional. From the reception staff to the medical team, everyone was courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. I cannot recommend Crown Vet highly enough. My experience was outstanding, and I have already recommended the clinic to my friends and family.
