  I've had a great experience with Cups & Pups. I've been bringing my cats here for their treatments, grooming, and other pet care needs, and I've also purchased most of their food and supplies from them. Both Dr. Dilshad and Dr. Rafiq have always been professional, patient, and helpful. They take the time to explain things clearly and genuinely care about the well-being of the animals they treat. The entire team is friendly, caring, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. What I appreciate most is the quality of care they provide at very reasonable prices. It's not easy to find a place that offers this level of service without charging a premium. If you're looking for trustworthy veterinary care and pet services, I'd definitely recommend Cups and Pups.

  Very unprofessional and unethical doctor. Our cat was just vomiting but the doctor pressed his stomach so hard that he urinated and after that started bleeding. The doctor was making excuses to not accept his action's consequence. Instead he said that the cat had UTI due to which he bleeded. On further examination from Max Vets hospital, no evidence of UTI and any other infection was found. The owner of the clinic/store also neglected to take accountability for the doctor's action. Totally unethical and unprofessional staff at the clinic. Both our money and time got wasted due to further consultation at a specialised hospital. Along with that it became a highly stressful/traumatic experience for us by bringing our cat to this clinic. Would recommend everyone to avoid this place if they want their pets to be safe and instead go for a professional clinic/hospital.

  I had an excellent experience with Cups and Pups. I brought my cat Brownie to them. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and extremely supportive throughout the process. They made sure everything was explained clearly and handled the situation with great care and attention. A special thanks to Dr. Rafeeq who managed the case exceptionally well, as my cat was very ill and extremely anxious. His expertise, calm approach, and dedication truly stood out. He took the time to listen, reassured us at every step, and ensured the best possible care. Brownie is now on the road of recovery and we believe that she'll recover soon in sha allah. Again thank you so much to the Cups and Pups team and Dr. Rafeeq.

  had a really bad experience at this clinic. My cat was under treatment, but the doctor handling the case went on leave in the middle, and the follow-up care wasn’t handled properly. There were high charges (around ₹30,000) for tests and medications, and I’m not convinced all of them were needed. Sadly, my cat passed away. Please be careful and make sure you fully understand the treatment plan before continuing.
