Had a wonderful experience with DCC Petcare. The staff is very caring, professional, and genuinely loves animals. The boarding facility is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which gave me complete peace of mind while leaving my dog there. Regular updates and proper attention made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable boarding place for their pets.

I’ve been visiting DCC Animal Hospital for almost three years, and it’s always been a place I trust. I first came here with my rescue dog, who we sadly lost last year. Most of our visits were with Dr. Hemant Kumar, whose compassion and respect during that difficult time, especially when we had to put her down meant a great deal. I recently visited with my new pup, just three months old, for vaccinations and deworming. The doctors here, under the guidance of senior physician Dr. Vinod Sharma, take time to explain everything clearly and sincerely. Yesterday we met Dr. Mudit Tyagi, who guided us through the vaccination, helped us choose the right food, explained the medicines, and even gave little Vanya some happy scratchies. The professionalism, kindness, and dedication of the staff and doctors at DCC make me feel reassured every time. I wouldn’t trust any other hospital with my pet's care.

Absolutely appalled by our experience with DCC Boarding. We left Punter with them for just one night between 16th and 17th May, and he has come back with kennel cough. Since returning, he has already been administered two injections, is scheduled for three more over the next few days, and is now on medication for at least five days. Punter is not “just a pet” to us. He is more than a child to us and our entire world. Leaving our child in someone else’s care requires immense trust, and that trust has been completely shattered. What makes this even more unacceptable is the amount DCC charges for boarding and the promises that they make. When you are charging premium rates, pet parents are entitled to expect proper hygiene standards, responsible supervision and a safe environment for the their children entrusted to your care. Instead, we are now dealing with a sick child, repeated vet visits, medication and enormous emotional stress. This experience has been deeply upsetting and we will never be trusting DCC Boarding with Punter again. Based on what we have experienced, we would strongly urge other pet parents to think very carefully before sending their own kids there.
