Highly inappropriate staff behavior – would give negative stars if I could I am appalled by the conduct of the staff at this clinic. I brought in my female dog for treatment, and one male staff member who was not the veterinarian repeatedly held my dog and inappropriately touched my pet, away from the wound area being treated. Both my dog and I were visibly uncomfortable. I explicitly told him to move away and not touch my dog. He did not listen. The veterinarian was standing right there and did nothing to intervene. This staff member was not necessary to the procedure, as another staff member was already assisting. After the injections were given, the same staff member approached my dog again to pet her, despite the earlier interaction. This behavior was unprofessional and crossed clear boundaries. The fact that it occurred in front of the veterinarian and was allowed to continue has caused me to lose trust in this practice. I have been a client here for years, but after this experience I would not feel comfortable leaving my pet in their care. If this can happen in front of an owner, I am deeply concerned about what may occur when owners are not present.
