If you truly love your pets and care about their lives, I strongly advise against taking them to this clinic. Based on my experience, it felt like they were more interested in making money than providing proper care. I believe pet owners should be cautious and do their own research before trusting this clinic with their beloved animals.
We had a very disappointing experience at this dog and cat clinic. My brother came to the clinic with our cat, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The junior doctor, Dr. Rajiv, was very rude and unprofessional. He did not properly explain what was happening with the cat and failed to communicate clearly about the diagnosis. Even chat gpt gives better opinion and diagnosis than them. When asked about the treatment plan or even what injection had been given, he did not reply or provide any information. As pet owners, it is very concerning when a doctor cannot explain the condition or treatment of an animal. Communication and transparency are basic expectations in any medical setting. Additionally, Dr. B.K. himself is rarely available at the clinic. I came here because someone recommended he is the best around here, but he's never available himself. which makes it difficult to rely on this place for proper care. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic, especially for emergencies, as the experience was very unsatisfactory.
Very poor experience, they kept us waiting for one hour . No staff is ready to serve and is extremely rude. When inquired how long will it be before we can get our pets vaccinated, they said you are free to leave. We just collected the vaccine booklets and left. DO NOT GO THERE
Dr B K is one of the best Dr in Delhi. He really take good care of your pet . ..he also helped me with the documentation when I moved from Delhi to Germany 🙂
Despite the fact that the clinic's name is dog and cat clinic, if you have a bird which is injured you can come here. The doctor and staff are great and are ready to help you.
