Besides professional services which all look for I need to commend the personal touch given over the month by Dr. Bhardwaj and his staff. My 11 year pug - Polo survived paralysis and is leading a healthy life. Thanks to the team. God bless all.
If you love your pet, please do not take them to this clinic. Sunil Bhardwaj has absolutely no sense of handling pets. He tied up my cat and held her from her tail to take the temperature which made her extremely uncomfortable and anxious. When I tried to show my concern towards the situation, he rudely urged me to listen to him and kept torturing the cat for over 30 minutes after which there was no treatment done because the cat had become extremely scared and overstimulated. He acted extremely inhumanly towards the cat and even refused to tell me the name of the medication he was planning to give to my cat. His staff seemed to be enjoying the cat’s pain and discomfort and made the situation worse. He has zero professional and empathy and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to his clinic. I consulted another well known vet and she confirmed all my doubt- cats or any animal for that matter is not supposed to be mishandled the way he did. He does not know the first thing about taking care of an animal.
Frist time I seen a good place for all pets All doctors an his staff all are very helpful they save my 10 year old pet
My pet is healthy now after taking treatment from this pet clinic. Best dog care clinic in south delhi.
It's an honest review, please don't go to this clinic. There are extreme major and serious reason as mentioned below: 1. The doctor does not look like a feline or dog or even any pet specialist. It does not seem that he is a certified vet based on his handling skills. He ties dogs and cats tightly with leash on table before treatment, while professional vet have very easy handling way 2. His staff is completely lost and have 0 handling skills unlike other good clinics where staff know how to handle cats 3. He is more focused on making money rather than identifying actual issue 4.he takes 800 rs per visit and more 20 k for neutering. Not even well known doctors charge this much 5. he does not have much knowledge.. No matter whats the issue, he will just give basic IV drip and anti biotics , in case your pet has kidney lever or any server disease, he will never be able to identify 6. There is something fishy between his female staff, so there is very unprofessional behaviours when you take your pet there
