I’m sharing my experience because choosing the right vet is extremely important when it comes to the health and well-being of our pets. Unfortunately, my experience with this vet has often felt more like dealing with a salesman than a doctor. At times, I’ve felt that medicines are suggested before the pet is properly examined or the underlying issue is carefully analysed. The medicines recommended have also been quite expensive, and in some cases, we later found that they were not actually necessary. Recently, our experience further reinforced this concern. Instead of first understanding the complete history and carefully assessing the actual problem, the consultation quickly moved towards recommending medicines and treatments. As a pet parent, it is extremely worrying when you feel that your concerns are not being given enough attention and that treatment decisions are being made without sufficient explanation. I’m sharing this review not to discourage anyone from making their own decision, but because pet parents deserve to feel confident that their pet is being treated with care, patience, transparency, and genuine medical consideration.
