We had a very upsetting experience with this clinic. Our pet was taken for treatment, but after the procedure/handling, sadly did not survive. What concerned us most was that the treatment did not feel professional or properly explained to us. We strongly suggest that pet owners ask detailed questions about who is treating their animals, their qualifications, and what procedures are being performed before agreeing to treatment. This review is being shared so other pet owners stay careful and informed, especially when dealing with animal which require specialized care.

"Extremely poor experience. Due to the lack of proper care, guidance, and attention, my trust in this clinic has been completely lost. Pet owners deserve compassionate and competent treatment for their animals, which unfortunately was not my experience here."when you love's your pet so pls don't go there at any cost

We took our pet here with hope and trust, expecting safe and professional treatment. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare for our family, and we lost our beloved pet. The situation did not feel properly handled, and important details were never clearly explained to us. Losing a pet is already heartbreaking, but feeling uncertain about the care they received makes it even worse. We are posting this review only so other pet owners stay cautious and carefully verify the experience and qualifications of the people handling their pets.

The doctor is very caring and gentle with dogs. He always gives the right guidance and treatment with patience. His love for animals shows in the way he handles them. The clinic is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for pets. Truly one of the best places for pet care and treatment

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at NEW LIFE PET clinic. I took my dog here hoping for a thorough diagnosis and proper treatment, but despite multiple visits, the doctor could not identify the root cause of my pet’s illness. I felt there was a lack of proper investigation and clarity in explaining the problem. My dog’s health did not improve, and we lost our Bella. I expected more professionalism, knowledge, and dedication in handling a case like this. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
