  I have a pet Persian Cat named Simba. He is a very energetic cat, but once I saw him dull and lethargic. We took him to a bigger hospital first, but even after two days, he didn't recover and his health continued to worsen. After enquiring in my neighborhood, I came across this clinic for pets. We took him immediately and within the next day, Simba regained his usual self. My family was truly grateful for his treatment as he was the most doted member in our house. From then, we've always taken him to this clinic, because we know that they will do their best and explain everything carefully regarding our cat Simba. Truly grateful for their help.

  We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Amol for the care he showed to both of our cats during difficult situations. The first was an emergency case involving our cat who was suffering from pyometra. After a disappointing experience with a previous vet who was unable to operate, we turned to Dr. Amol for help. He acted quickly and confidently, performing the spay surgery without delay. His prompt response truly made all the difference, and we’re thankful our cat is now safe. The second case was a rescue cat we found with a fracture. He handled her treatment with the same level of professionalism and compassion. Thanks to his expertise, she is healing well and getting stronger every day. Him and his team remained attentive and supportive throughout the recovery process for both cats, always available for guidance and follow ups. Dr. Sonal from his team was of great help during the follow ups. We also deeply appreciate his kindness in offering a reduced fee for the rescue, understanding that she was not originally our pet. That level of empathy speaks volumes about his character. Overall, we highly recommend Dr. Amol to anyone looking for a skilled, responsive, and genuinely caring vet.

  I had a very good experience with Dr.Amol and his staff to treat my Labrador for a tumour on his tail. A minor surgery had to be performed on the tail with very little skin available to patch the wound post surgery. Dr.Amol was very transparent in highlighting this before surgery. Post surgery he was successful in patching the wound by applying medical techniques for this process. I found Dr.Amol to be very transparent and skilful. He also guided me with ambulance contact and all the other questions I had for my pet. I am a very happy pet parent!

  Pathetic. They made my kitten’s condition very bad. My kitten lost all his hair and suffering from diarrhoea within 15 mins after vaccination. My kitten’s immune system got destroyed by their so cold heavy doses of medicines. Shame on you guys. It’s my humble request to all please see his condition and don’t go there.

  I am writing this review with a broken heart. I took my two kittens, Daisy and Kiyo, to this clinic hoping for care, compassion, and professional treatment. What I experienced instead was extreme negligence, lack of empathy, and very questionable medical handling. Both kittens were critically ill, yet they were repeatedly injected within very short intervals, with poor vein handling. The staff struggled to find veins, poked multiple times, removed needles, tried again, causing visible pain and distress to already weak animals. In some cases, fluids were attempted even when the IV line was clearly not placed correctly. There was no clear explanation, no proper communication about risks, no warning about prognosis other than vague statements. The focus felt rushed and mechanical, not compassionate. It felt like the priority was injections and billing, not the suffering of the animals. Within hours of repeated dosing and stressful handling, both Daisy and Kiyo passed away. I will carry this trauma for life. I am not saying animals can always be saved — but they deserve dignity, careful handling, and honest medical judgment, not trial-and-error injections on fragile bodies. This clinic seriously needs: Better critical-care protocols Proper IV handling skills Clear communication with pet parents More compassion and less commercial attitude I would strongly warn other pet parents to think twice before trusting this clinic with critical cases. My pets trusted me. I trusted this clinic. Both trusts were broken
