I am writing to address our recent interaction. While I understand the complexities of business, your tone and behavior were entirely unacceptable. At no point was I informed that you were ordering four bags of Fiedle at a time, yet I took it upon myself to help sell those bags to other shops a task that is certainly not my responsibility. Instead of appreciation for that effort, I was met with yelling and rudeness. "Mr. Swapnil Your so called employee" I am disappointed by the way I was spoken to today. Yelling at a customer is never appropriate, especially when I have gone out of my way to help you move stock that I didn't even authorize you to order. There is a solution to every problem, but it must start with mutual respect. I value professional service, and I will be sharing my experience with the pet parent community to ensure others are aware of how customers are treated here.
