We visited this clinic for our dog injuries. My dog got bite by a street dog and was immediately took to this clinic hoping they might help. But the veterinarian was not available. The assistant also didn't assist properly. They didn't do proper checkup nor treatment of my dog. And wasn't even seriously about the dog's condition. After some day, we went for the vaccination but neither the vet nor the assistant was present there. They don't even call back to tell whether the vet is available or not. Not supportive of them.

Horrible experience. Not having any professional groomers .We took our 3 months old Lhasa for grooming where we had asked them to trim but instead they shaved the puppy completely with the trimmer directly and then letting us know that they are using 0 size.Previously also we took our puppy for vaccination there but the guy or so called asst dr didnt even knew about which vaccination he is giving. Would not recommend at all. Because of such unprofessionalism puppies are facing traumas.

Ok the wait here is long. Like really long. But doctors here have generations of experience . Doctor is very nice to the animals. When rest of the clinic were closed over dombivli and kalyan. And even after requesting no one was ready to take a look at my cat. This one clinic was open. And when requested he said that yes he will wait please come to clinic. They have a lab in the clinic as well to my cats ear sample were look at immediately we didn't have to wait for a long time to get the result. On of the best doctors I have met.
