A big thank you to Dr. Chandrashekhar Bapat Sir and the team at Dr. Bapat’s Pet Animal Hospital for successfully treating my dog’s broken jaw. The surgery was a success, and my dog is recovering very well. Excellent care, experienced doctors, and a very supportive staff. Highly recommended!
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor regarding the treatment of my female cat. I trusted them with her care, but I believe the treatment and handling were negligent and caused unnecessary suffering. As a pet owner, this was heartbreaking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who truly cares about their pets. I strongly advise other pet owners to seek a veterinarian with a better reputation for compassion, communication, and quality of care. Please do your research before trusting your beloved pet to this doctor.
My personal experience with Dr. Chandrasekhar has been very interactive. He acutally heared my concerns totally and advice me with proper line of treatment. They have all in house services under one roof is also an added advantage. All the Best....... will continue to render your services and also recommend to all my friends
I had taken a stray cat kitten who was bitten by a dog whom I had named Panda to Dr. Bapat' Pet Animal Hospital in Thane west ( K - Villa ) in the year 2021. The stray kitten was injured due to dog bite and had infection in her one leg. Dr. Chandrashekhar Bapat took extreme care of her and asked me to adopt her as it was essential if I could? I agreed and took the treatment from Dr. Chandrashekhar Bapat, after that it was a miracle , my kitten showed improvement and gradually her condition improved and I'm thankful now she is 4.5 years old and in a good condition. Whenever I want to go outstation, I don't have to think , I always keep my cat in the boarding facility provided by Dr. Bapat Hospital. Her vaccines are on time, food guidance is provided about what to feed my cat according to her condition. Bills are provided on time so that I can settle it on time ( if any due ). I'm thankful to Dr. Chandrashekhar Bapat and his entire team in the hospital to give me a chance to become a pet parent. Thanks a lot!!
If you love your pet and do not wish to lose them, please find better veterinary care elsewhere. This hospital is the absolute worst, offering zero personal attention, no empathy, and a complete lack of transparency. My sister admitted her cat here, and the staff showed a heartbreaking lack of responsibility. They completely failed to explain what treatment was being administered and provided no medical details, leaving us entirely in the dark about our pet's condition. To make matters worse, their handling of the animal was incredibly rough and unprofessional. We saw the cat with multiple blood marks and unmanaged blood clots, showing clear signs of distress and neglect. Tragically, we ended up losing our beloved cat due to their incompetence. This establishment is completely unprofessional, and I strongly recommend that you do not admit your pets here if you want to keep them safe.
