I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Sushant Punia. He is calm, patient, and deeply knowledgeable about dogs. What stood out immediately was that he does not use fear, force, or aggression in any form. Instead, he takes the time to understand each dog’s individual history, temperament, and triggers before working with them. That level of care makes a huge difference. Dr. Punia explains everything very clearly why a dog behaves a certain way, what approach he is taking, and how you as an owner can continue the work. He is patient with questions and never makes you feel rushed or judged. His charges are also very fair and transparent, which I genuinely appreciate. His assistant, Monica, deserves special mention. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and warm with my dogs, and they were immediately comfortable with her. It was clear how much they trusted her, which gave me complete peace of mind. Most importantly, my dogs absolutely loved both Dr. Sushant Punia and Monica. Seeing them relaxed, happy, and confident around the team says everything.
